Product & Operating Executive | Commerce, Payments & AI
I build and scale technology businesses at the intersection of product, go-to-market, payments, and commerce.
I help companies turn complex technology into products customers adopt, businesses can monetize, and organizations can scale, connecting product strategy, commercial execution, partnerships, and operating decisions to measurable business outcomes.
I’m a product and operating executive with more than 15 years of experience building and scaling payments, commerce, and technology businesses.
I started my career as an engineer and have progressively expanded my scope across product, operations, customer experience, implementation, go-to-market, and company strategy.
I was an early member of Adyen’s U.S. team, later built and led payments and integration practices at Stripe, and today serve as EVP of Product & GTM at Skipify.
At Skipify, my role extends beyond traditional product leadership. I work closely with the CEO and executive team on product strategy, commercialization, pricing, partnerships, organizational design, operating priorities, and where the company should invest to create the greatest enterprise value.
My work is ultimately about connecting strategy to execution, deciding what to build, how to take it to market, how to organize teams around it, and how to turn technology into sustainable growth.
I help companies determine where to compete, what to build, and how product investments translate into revenue, customer value, and long-term strategic advantage.
That includes product portfolio strategy, roadmap prioritization, pricing and packaging, market positioning, operating models, and executive-level resource allocation.
I’m most effective in environments where the answer is not obvious and the company needs to make difficult choices about where to focus.
I’ve built and led teams spanning product, sales enablement, solutions, implementation, account management, customer experience, and support.
My approach is to treat product and GTM as one system: understand the customer problem, build the right solution, create a clear commercial model, shorten the path to adoption, and establish the operating infrastructure required to scale.
I focus heavily on turning enterprise opportunities into repeatable products rather than one-off customer solutions.
Payments have been a core part of my career, from enterprise payment infrastructure and merchant integrations to checkout optimization, identity, tokenization, authentication, and payment orchestration.
I’ve worked with global merchants, platforms, banks, payment networks, processors, and technology partners on some of the most complex areas of digital commerce.
The objective is always broader than moving money: improve conversion, authorization, customer experience, economics, and merchant control.
I’m currently helping shape Skipify’s strategy around AI-native and agentic commerce.
That work focuses on how AI agents can discover products, understand merchant data, personalize experiences, transact on behalf of consumers, and interact securely with identity and payment infrastructure.
I believe agentic commerce will fundamentally change how consumers interact with merchants, but the winners will be companies that combine AI with strong commerce infrastructure, trusted identity, payments, merchant systems, and clear economic models.
Throughout my career, I’ve focused on connecting product and operating decisions to measurable business outcomes.
Scaled shopper recognition from 19% to 60%+ at Skipify, while helping deliver 9%+ average checkout conversion uplift and 98%+ authorization performance.
Helped grow processing volume with strategic merchants, including $24.2M → +$150M at Lightspeed and $1.9M → $+50M at Covetrus.
Helped shape product and commercial strategy supporting a $5.8B annual processing-volume pipeline, with significant signed volume progressing toward launch.
Reduced enterprise onboarding timelines by 73%, accelerating time-to-revenue while improving operational leverage.
At Adyen, led global automation initiatives that reduced configuration-related support volume by 90% while helping the organization scale to support multi-billion-dollar transaction growth.
Built new functions and operating models at Stripe and Skipify that connected Product, Engineering, GTM, and customer teams around enterprise growth.
Early member of Adyen’s U.S. organization, helping build and scale its North American enterprise business.
Led enterprise implementations for companies including McDonald’s, Subway, GAP, Etsy, and other global merchants.
Built Stripe’s first Integration Specialist organization and later led Payments Practices across the Americas.
Expanded at Skipify from leading implementation and customer operations to overseeing Product and ultimately Product & GTM at the executive level.
Helped shape company strategy across product, commercialization, pricing, partnerships, organizational design, and operating priorities.
Built and scaled teams across Product, Design, Implementation, Solutions, Customer Experience, Support, and GTM.
Worked across payments, identity, checkout, embedded commerce, tokenization, merchant platforms, AI, and agentic commerce.
I believe the best product leaders understand the business, and the best operators understand the product.
Technology companies create outsized value when product strategy, customer needs, economics, go-to-market execution, and organizational design reinforce one another.
That is the intersection where I like to operate.
I’m comfortable going from an executive strategy discussion about market direction or capital allocation to a product review, enterprise negotiation, operating metric, or customer conversation.
The goal is not simply to ship more products. It is to make better decisions about where the company invests its time, people, and capital, and turn those decisions into durable growth.
I’m particularly interested in leadership opportunities where I can help shape both the product and the business.
That could include CPO, COO, GM, President, or other executive roles where the mandate involves some combination of:
Defining company and product strategy
Building or transforming businesses
Scaling product and go-to-market organizations
Driving revenue and enterprise adoption
Improving operating leverage and organizational effectiveness
Building new categories and 0-to-1 products
Navigating strategic transitions
Applying AI to real customer and business problems
Building the next generation of commerce, payments, identity, and merchant infrastructure
I’m most energized by companies tackling difficult problems, operating in large markets, and looking for leaders who can connect product, customers, technology, and business strategy.
If you’re building something ambitious across commerce, payments, AI, fintech, or infrastructure, I’d be happy to connect.
